The Washington-Moscow Trek
The WASHINGTON-MOSCOW trek is a private
automotive event launched by the TWI company
to demonstrate its vehicule's endurance.
Lafayette is a condensed of technologies, heir of Anteos's developments. It is currently in assembly process in TWI's workshop.
The official start would take place at Washington
D.C. the july 4, 2007.
United States would be crossed from East to West, crossing big cities
and U.S. historic places. After Seattle, Lafayette would take the way
to the North in British Comumbia and enter the mysterious Alaska
before the proof of crossing the 50 nautical miles of Bering Strait.
Lafayette will joint Moscow after a skim close to polar circle and crossing
exceptional places of central Syberia.
Then Lafayette will come back to Paris, via Warsaw and Berlin.
35 000 Km of adventure lands to show the abilities of Lafayette and offer to TV networks and press medias an exciting human and mechanical challenge.
The Washington-Moscow trek will be a major car event,
with important spin-off potential.
